| Objectives:Stem cell therapy of myocardial infarction is an ideal one, which can increase the population of functional cardiomyocytes and improve the heart function. It has being at initial stage of basical and clinical research, and it is also the focus of heart researchers all over the world. P19 carcinoma cell is an embryonic original stem cell, which has being studied well and highly valued by researchers. Oxytocin, a female hormone, has been discovered to have many other functions recently, including the function of promoting cardiogenesis.
