Objective:Tic disorders is a kind of neuropsychiatric disease with evident hereditary tendency. Many patients have been found in puberty. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disorders is unknown. As one of environmental factors, Group A streptococcal infection always play an important role in several years.Because many factors can lead to tic disorders, this study aimed at exploring its anti-DNase B antibodies, tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),personnality, infection history, mother's pregnancy, parental teaching patterns and family surrounding informations, approching deeply its pathogenesis and providing reasonable treatment plan for clinical intervention.Method:Forty patients with tic disorders and 32 age-matched control subjects participated in a case control experimental study. These subjects are measured laboratory index including anti-DNase B antibodies, tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)in blood and questionnaire about tic diorders risky factors. The data is collected and analysed with SPSS 12.0 statistical soft system. Results:In case group, anti-DNase B antibodies titre and absorbency of TNF-αis significantly higher than in control group.Tic disorders risky factors questionnaire indicates that there are 7 factors which has significant difference between the case group and the control group. The 7 factors are physical punishment, malnutrition during pregnancy, children's mild ,children's self-willed and bad temper, children's attention deficit with hyperactivity, feeling serious tension recently, symptom of group A streptococcal infection occurs in two weeks before developing tic disorders.Single factor logistic regression analysis revealed that the following factors physical punishment, malnutrition during pregnancy, children's mild ,children's self-willed and bad temper, children's attention deficit with hyperactivity, feeling serious tension recently have significant difference.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicated that feeling serious tension recently is the most risky factors.Partial correlations analysis indicated a positive correlation between anti-DNase B antibodies ,TNF-αand the score of YGTSS.Conclusion: Tic disorders is concerned with streptococcal infection. Physical punishment ,malnutrition during pregnancy, children's self-willed and bad temper, children's attention deficit with hyperactivity, feeling serious tension recently would be the risky factors which lead to tic disorders. Among these factors feeling serious tension recently is the most risky factors. And mild personality is possibly protective factor.
