Expression Of Astragalus Injection On Substance IL-2 Messenger RNA In PBMC In Patients With Psoriasis

Objective : To study the expression of astragalus injection on substance IL-2 messenger RNA (IL-2mRNA)in PBMC in patients with psoriasis ,probe into its mechanism Of astragalus treating psoriasisMaterias and methods:The patients with psoriasis( 20 cases)were given 0 ug/ml,125 ug/ml,250ug/ml,500 ug/ml for 48 hours;20 cases were control group.serum obtained from two groups were used to do reverse transcript polymerse chain reaction (RT-PCR),which can test the expression of substance IL-2.Results: Compared with control group, the lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production increased significantly in psoriasis group :There is no significantly difference between low hitting dosage and 0 dosage group .Middle dosage can promote IL-2 turn into , high dosage inhibit it.Conclusions: These results indicated that changed expression IL-2mRNA might play roles in astragalus treating psoriasis...
