The Present Status Of Diagnosis And Treatment On Chronic Prostatitis With Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: Chronic prostatitis is a common disease in the aging male. As the aging process in the population, its incidence rate will be increased and causing aging people' s life quality, even result in mmay other complications which threaten people' s life. It' s a tough topic in the 21st century and become the main disease affect aging male' s health in our country.This noun was absence in the ancient literature of TCM, was called in the "Jin-Shi", "Jin-Qiong' and "Jing-Dao' category. Since many famous TCM doctors called prostate as QiHengZhiFu, because it' s save and void ,with the main functions of organ, but not exactly the same as organ. It' s very important for the prostate to have regular save and void, it is to show the normal function of the prostate and it is a very important sign of a healthy prostate. In the other hand, prostate has the function of adjusting urine, this was related to the save and void function. Prostate is very close in functions with other organ through "Kidney" , other organ functions disorder will affect prostate. For example if "liver loss in void" will affect prostate' s save and void function and result in spermatorrhea or Yang devoid.There is no such a name for CP in the TCM. As for the characteristics of micturition, dysurosia, spotting or even obliterate many scientist think it is very close to " Bai- Yin " , " Jing- Zhuo " and "Lao-Lin" category described in the literature.There is no a unified way of threatment on CP with combine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine . I want to find the way to that with this article, then Clinical prescription can be instructed accurately, and to make useful observation of TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively. Method: This research is based on the article about CP from 1989.Compering all of them and find the best treatment on CP.Results: CP is a basic weak and shows strong disease. We have to do a better research on it in lab and clinical, we should do something as below: K Hold the characteristics "Shi, Ye>Su>Du" of CP in clinical. 2, Combone of syndrome and TCM syndrome. 3, Combone of macroscopic TCM syndrome and microcosmic TCM syndrome. 4> Do a better research on it in lab and clinical. Conclusion: CP is a basic weak and shows strong disease. Many syndrome are related with patient' s condition, size of prostate, urine and pathology findings. Clinical relation factors are useful in diagnose using TCM differentiation and prediction' s accuracy rate. This lead to better instruct in clinical prescription, and to make useful observation of TCM syndrome in quantity and objectively.
