Objectives To investigate clinical pathologic factors which have effects on multiple nodules primary liver cancer prognoses. Methods All the selected medical records of the clinical data were investigated retrospectively. Binary logistic regression was used to analyze influencing factors of peri operative death. Kaplan-Meier was applied to calculate average recurrence period and median survival period. Adopting life table was statically analyzed for recurrence rate and survival rate. Using Cox's regression model of mono factorial and multiple factorial analyzes was done in order to determine clinical factors which had influenced on multiple nodules primary liver cancer prognoses. Results For peri operative death markedly show clinical influencing actors including liver cirrhosis, liver function classification, post operative liver function decompensation and upper digestive tract bleeding. One month post operative recurrence period of multiple nodules liver cancer is (12.4土2.2) , the yearly recurrence rate of post operation multiple nodules primary liver cancer for 1,2,3,5 year respectively is 50.9%, 65.8%, 76.8%, 83.8%. For one month median survival period is(18.3±2.4); And for accumulated survival rate stands for 1,2,3,5 year is 65.5%, 40.2%, 28.2%, 17.4% respectively. Clinical factors markedly significance to post operation recurrence were age, tumor size, portal vein cancerous thromboses, operation method .Clinical factors markedly significance to peri operative death were tumor number, tumor capsule, hepatic vein cancerous thromboses, and the distance incision from the tumor. Conclusions (1) Improving liver performance before the operation, therapy post operative liver function decompensation, preventing liver function failure and... |
