Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a common disease in thenervous system characterized by high mortality and unability. Sincethe pathogenesis of ICH is not very clear and there are no fundamentaltherapeutic methods. Around haematoma, there occurred a series ofphysical and pathological changes, including edema, decreased localcerebral blood flow, neuronal injury and glial hypertrophy andproliferation. The local cerebral blood flow has become one of hotpoints on research. Objective: To study the change of regional cerebral flow (rCBF)around hematoma in acute intracerebral hemorrhage by Xe-CT atdifferent time. And determine the level about MMP-9. To investigatethe dynamic state rules and to determined the dependablity about thelevel of MMP-9 and rCBF. to establish the base of therapy through thestudy. Methods: Xenon CT was performed on 25 patients ofintracerebral hemorrhage with in 24h,7days,15days ,21 days and 28days after the onset. Then to measure the rCBF in the core ofhematoma, edema region around the hematoma and compared withrCBF in the uninvolcved hemisphere.at the time of 1d, 4d, 7d, 10d,15d, to contents of MMP-9in plasm of the same case were measuredrespectively by ELASA methods. Results: In 24h after the attack, the rCBF in the edema regionaround was reduced lightly. The rCBF was reduced significantly from7days after the onset. The lowest point was at 15 days. The volume ofrCBF was significant different at 15 days contrast with others points(P<0.05). The level of MMP-9 was increased in 24h after the attack. itgot the top in4~7days.at 10days the level decreased, at 15days, thedecrease obviously but not reached normal. To the health adult thelevel of MMP-9 was (66.2±23.82) μg/L. at 1d, 4d, 7d, 10d, 15d, thecases the level of MMP-9 were (396.55±23.82) μg/L, (759.54±99.37)μg/L, (662.52±84.40) μg/L, (436.39±72.66)μg/L, (132.26±39.74)μg/LThe average lever of MMP-9 was (477.45±232.70)μg/L.Conclusion:1,through the Xe-CT we could got precise, repeated measuredand quantization. About the cases the reserve of blood vessel and theaccommodation of oneself could be appraisal. It couldn't be impactedby attenuation. and has high sensibility to the rCBF in the deep part ofbrain tissue.2,at the different time from 24h to 28d, the rCBF was decreasedobviously in the area of hematoma to be in line with Xe-CT about allcases.3,There were different extent ischemic around the hematoma, at24h the extent of ischemic was slightly, the rCBF decreased gently, at7days, the rCBF decreased obviously and the area was enlarged. Thestate was hypoperfusion, at 15d, the state was ischemia, at 21d and28d, the rCBF recovery but still at the state of hypoperfusion.4,There were low level of MMP-9 in the normal plasm, itsignificant increased at 1d, along with the course of disease, the leverincreased higher, it got the top at 4~7d, it decreased at 10d and at 15dit decreased significantbut. couldn't get normal. The relationshipbetween the The level of MMP-9 and the rCBF was negativecorrelation. the higher the level of MMP-9 was the lower the rCBFwasdecreas.5,The level of MMP-9 got the top at 4~7d after the onset, theextent of rCBF got the lowest point at 15d after the onset, the changeof MMP-9 was in advanced. The relationship between the The level ofMMP-9 and the rCBF was negative correlation.
