| Objective Now the received therapeutic principle of myocardial infarction is recuperate the flow of coronary artery as soon as possible. It could relieve the ischemia and hypoxia of the myocytes, preventing the dilatation of the myocardiolysic area. However, it was found in the animal experiment and clinical research that following the recover of blood transport, there would be something like inflammatory reaction to destroy the struction and function of the myocardium. Even the reperfusion after transient ischemia can induce complex pathophysiologic change. As a result, how to recover the blood flow of the ischemic tissue as soon as possible, and at the same time, lessen or relief the development of reperfusion injury, has become a important topic of the prevention of ischemic heart disease. The effection of a lot of medicine protect cardiac muscle from ischemia/reperfusion injury is implemented by influencing the action of L-calcium channel. In present experiment, through the application of scorpion venom, we observed the change of myocardial contractile force, action potential and L- calcium channel, in order to discuss the possible mechanism of the protective effection of scorpion venom to ischemia / reperfusion injury. Methods The experiment was assigned into three groups:①normal control group(normal desktop-solution perfusion);②ischemia/reperfusion group(using shortage solution perfused for 30 minutes, and then perfused with recovery solution for 45 minutes.)③add different concentration (2.5μg/ml,5.0μg/ml,10.0μg/ml) of scorpion venom into ischemia/reperfusion tissues for 10 minutes and record each experimental index. We use the standardized glass microelectrode technology to separate ventricle columna papillares of rabbits and record the action potential APA, Vmax, APD10, APD50, APD90 and myocardial... |
