Objective To determine the affected or risk factors of Renal hemodynamics in diabetic .nephropathy(DN) , discuss the relation between the renal artery resistance to the gene polymorphism of ACE. Methods the gene polymorphism of ACE in 108 patients were analyzed by using the polymerase chain reaction. Main renal arteries, segmental arteries and interlobar arteries in 108 patients were measured by color Doppler flow image(CDFI).Twenty-four hemodynamic parameters including systolic velocity, diastolic velocity, mean velocity, pulsatility index, resistive index, accelerative velocity and other varieties (systolic and diastolic blood pressure , plasma glucose levels, sex, age, duration of the disease , and soon)were collected and clustered in a principal components analysis following a forward step wise logistic regression on these components Results:1. the gene polymorphism of ACE was not the risk factors related to DN.2. resistance of the Renal artery were the most importment risk factors related to DN . B=2.138, 0R=8. 485.3. Time-related factor were the secondly risk factors related to DN, B=2.138, 0R=3. 482.4. Venous drainage factor were the risk factors related to DN.B=-2.138, 0R=8. 485.5. ACC was the next risk factors related to DN. B=0. 815, 0R=2. 258. conclusions The results suggested that influence the DN of development was renal hemodynamics( the increase of renal artery resistance, increase of ACC, and decrease of venous drainage) and age. but the genetic factors of the ACE was not the main high risk.
