Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the force system of different precision attachment in mandible distal-extension edentulous by the finite-element model.Methods:â‘ The three-domensional finite element model of "precision attachment denture"was set up.â‘¡different" precision attachment denture" were made the same span to analyze the force system.Results: The affection of the the attachment of ASC-52 reduce in abutment when the molar is forced 200N. when the molar is forced 200N,the affection of the attachment ASC-52 reduce than the attachment of revax system.when the premolar is forced 200N,the affection on attachment reduce either liable or lingual.when the double molars are forced 200N,the stress intruding is added in mandible and abutment.Conclusions:1 The Finite-element analysis method is an advanced and effective stress analysismethod in stomatology study.2 The way of establishing the three-dimensional model by the CT scanning and CAD techniche can produce a highly precision and vivid image.3 The labial affection of abutment is smaller than lingual in the attachment of revax system or the attachment of ASC-52.4 The affection of the attachment of ASC-52 reduce in the abutment when the molars are forced.
