With the development of innovation of the medical system, the establishment ofthe new medical mode and the performance of the medical system, the competition ofmedical market has been becoming more and more intense after the entry to the WTOof China. So how to make hospitals exist and develop under the circumstance of themarket economy has been the problem that must be considered. This paper discussesthe tactics about marketing of mental health special hospital, and study the medicalmode of Tianjin Ankang hospital as a demonstration.The paper inkluds:the law basesof the existence of Ankang hospitals affiliated to public security bureaus and theproblems occurring in development;the circulation means of medical sanitation andfunction, the operation mechanism of the market of medical sanitation, especiallydiscuss the changes after the entry to the WTO and the influence of the medicalsystem on hospitals, also discusses in detail the concept and tactics about MedicalService Marketing;the circumstance of inside and outside of the mental health marketin Tianjin city. Moreover this paper studies the medical demands of the mental healthmarket in Tianjin city, analyses the demand structure, character and factors of medicalconsumption, as well as the hospitalization habit of the people in Tianjin;the influenceof the entry to the WTO on the mental health medical market especially on thedevelopment of Tianjin Ankang hospital by the SWOT method and debates themedical service marketing-strategy of Ankang hospital by AHP method.
