The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Hydrocortisone On Pathologic Change And Cytokine Expression Of Lung Tissue In Pulmonary Fibrosis Of Rat Induced By Bleomycin

To investigate the pathologic change and cytokine expression of lung tissue in bleomycinA5-induced rat pulmonary fibrosis.To observe the effect and mechanism of hydrocortisone and Chinese traditional medicine Guoshengyihao on pulmonary fibrosis. The pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by bleomycin successfully. The lung appeared severe alveolus inflammation on the 14th day. There were collagen fibrosis formation in the mesenchyma. The lung appeared severe fibrosis on the 28th day. The number and activation of Macrophage and fibroblasts increased during fibrosis.NF-κB was activated and the expression of IL-8 and TNF-a increased. Hdrocortisone and Chinese traditional medicine Guoshengyihao can inhibit the activation of macrophage, fibroblast and NF-κB, reduce the secretion of TNF-a and IL-8. Hydrocortisone and Chinese traditional medicine Guoshengyihao had good effect on prevention and cure pulmonary fibrosis.
