Study On Effect Of "Wugongquanxie Alleviate Pain Powder"

" Wugongquanxie alleviate pain Powder" has been used to cured several kinds of aching diseases which has been validated in clinical therapy for many years.( It is composed of Tall Gastrodis Tuber, scorpion, centipede and garter snake.) Through modern pharmacodynamics study it has been indicated that each medicament of the "alleviate pain Power" had alleviate pain function. But there has been no report as a whole prescription.There are three parts of the experiment that included pharmacodynamics experiment, sciatica clinical observation and amino acid content measure constructed in the study.820 cases of sciatica were clinical treated and their effects were observed. The results indicated that cured 492 cases account for 60%, improved 248 cases account for 30.24%, no effected 80 cases account for 9.80%. Symptoms and physical signs was disappeared least from 6 to 15 days. Total effective rate of 90.24%.Amino acid assay results indicted that there werephenylalanine, lysine, methionine, isoleucine, threonine, valine six categories necessary of human body, histidine, arginine two categories part necessary of human body and aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, glycine, alanine, tyrosine, proline eight categories unnecessary of human body.
