Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Hedysarum Herb Of Xinjiang

Hedysarum Herb is the root of Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch.. The root is an important traditional Chinese drug used for the treatment of Palpitation and chronic nephritis. It has been mainly clearing away toxic material, inducing diuresis,expelling matter and so on. Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch. is a perennial plant. Its stem can get to 60 centimeter and its flowers are purple.This plant widely distribut in Tianshan and Aletai of Xinjiang and grow upland, woodside , calcarea steep slope or brush.It has abundant resource, considerable reserves. We study the chemical constituents of roots from Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch. for the first time , and probe supplement the information of the peculiar resource and the main activated constituents.We studied the chemical constituents of roots from Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch. and isolated six compounds from the 95% and 50% MeOH extract fraction. At present, we have finished the structures of six compounds by chemical reactions and spectroscopic means such as ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, 2D-NMR, and identified them as Formononetin( â…  );Quercetin(â…¡); β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (â…¢); Ononin (â…£); Sucrose,(â…¤);Asparaginic acid (â…¥).The compounds were isolated from the roots of Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch. for the first time.In addition,We upbuilt method of Determination of the formononetin by HPLC.This test established firm foundament for further developing and utilizing Hedysarum austrosibiricum b.Fedtsch. and the peculiar resource in Xinjiang.
