Preparation And Qulitical Standard And Qrimary Pharmalogy Of The Qingxuan Granules

Objective: The study of preparation and qulitical standard and evaluation of pharmacodynamics and toxicology of the compound Chinese medicine Qingxuan Granules were put up in this thesis. Methods: We optimize the extracting preparation from water with the orthogonal test,as the indexes,the rate of onitment, content of cinnamaldehyde, astragaloside and ferulic acide were radicated; The SFE-CO2 extraction of Cinnamon Essential oil was well choosed. Regarding inclusive ratio as index ,Uniformity experiment was used to study the β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion techniques for Essential oil. Component examination of different scanning calorimetric method proved that the Essential oil was enveloped by β-CD. We optimize the extracting preparation from grain alcihol with the orthogonal test,as the indexes,the content of rhizoma gastrodiae panax notoginseng rhizome chuanxiong and andsenmen astragali complanati were radicated,and then we carried out the moulding preparation by the orthogonal test; The content of Gastrodin and Notoginsenoside R1 were determined separately by HPLC to establish the tentative quality standard of preparation.The study of Pharmacodynamics indicated that it held obvious effect to rats with vertebrobasilar insufficiency,and it was showen that the drug had obvious effect on improving the soft little circulation of meninx, NO,ET,Ang Ⅱ,NF-KB,FGF-2, PDGF-B,fat of blood, t-PA/PAI, blood platelet gathering and blood rheology by big mouse. It's showen that in safty in the acute toxiocal test of mouse and the chronic toxiocal test of rats Conclusion:The experimental studies as follow had been showen that the extracting preparation was stable and feasible,the qualitical standard could control this Granules,the study on Pharmacodynamics of the Qingxuan Granules had hold obvious effects to rats with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
