Many researches have indicated that morbidity of disease of respiratory system has relevance to the content of particulate matter in atmosphere.through the research of evaluation to the influence of PM2.5 to health, we can see the fine grain has more mortality rate compare to the coarse ones, and prove the necessity of research to the biological effect of fine particulate.in recent years EPA reported the epidemical findings of increase of mortality and mobility caused by ambient particulate matte, and make us more clear of the detriment done by PM2.5 fine particulates to health of human being.here we approach how and what the mechanisms of immunologic injury that PM2.5 to the rats, respiratory system is through the experiments.40 wistar rats were divided into control group (use saline) group use low dose narcotics (1.5 mg/kg) and group use moderately dose narcotics (7.5mg/kg)and group use high dose narcotics(37.5 mg/kg),every group contain 10 rats, each rat would accept same volume saline and narcotics suspension with corresponding dose infused into trachea, then they would be put to death after 24 hours, and content of IL-6 IL-8 TNF and endogenous anti-inflammatory factors---tumor necrosis factor receptor â… ,â…¡ (sTNFRâ… ,â…¡) IgA IgG IgM alexinC3, C4, C5, C9 in blood and BALF will be detected.content of IL-6, IL-8,TNF, IgG, IgM alexin C3, C4, C5, C9 in blood and BALF have dose dependant elevation in narcotics groups, on the contrary, the ratio of IL-6/IL-8 have dose dependant degrading. group use high dose narcotics, content of IL-6 IL-8 TNF IgG IgM alexinC3C4C5C9 in blood and BALF have dramatic increase, and then the ratio of IL-6/IL-8 declined dramatically (P<0.01) . group use low dose narcotics (1.5 mg/kg) and group use moderately dose have not statistically significant compare with the control group;content of sTNFR â… ,â…¡ could not be detected exceptcontrol and low dose group. And the result of IgA have not statistics significant among groups.particulate matter in atmosphere (PM2.5) can cause significant immunologic and inflammatory injury to rat s pulmonary tissue, and high dose particulate has the most severe injury to human body, the exposition to high dose particulate PM2.5 may increase the dangerous of getting disease of respiratory system.
