| Immunohistochemistry, immune luminescence and ELISA were respectively used to study the expression of CCR1, CCR3, CCR5 and CXCR4 on the cells of wart tissues excised from the patients with prostate cancer, PSA concentrations and SDF-1 concentrations in the sera of patients with prostate cancer.Among forty-five patients with prostate cancer, the expression of CXCR4 was first detected on the tissues(the positive rate was 55.5%),the positive rate which the cancer was metastated was 66.6%,which not metastated was 11.1%. The positive rate of CXCR4 was 61.2% which PSA concentrations were exceeded 20ng/ml, the positive rate of CXCR4 was 42.8% which PSA concentrations were not exceeded 20ng/ml. The positive rate of CCR3 was 28.9% and the expression of both CXCR4 and CCR3 was detected on the wart tissues excised from five patients(the positive ratewas 11.1%). But no expression of chemokine receptors were detected in hyperplasia of prostate. The study indicated that CXCR4 and CCR3 were expressed in human prostatic carcinoma and it may play an important role in the occurrence, pathogenesis and metastasis of human prostatic carcinoma. |
