Objective: To study the results of minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups at random. One group (n=40) was treated by the minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery. There were 29 males and 11 females; mean age 61.5 years old, amount of hemorrhage 30ml— 150ml (average 90ml) . The other (n=40) was cured by internal medical treatment. There were 27 males and 13 females; mean age 61 years old, amount of hemorrhage 30ml — 130ml (average 80ml) . Above all the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemotoma were treated between Mar. of 2002 and Mar. of 2005 at Hunchun city, Jilin. Above-mentioned two groups of experiment will be compared on prognosis, complications rate and rebleeding rate. Results: Group of minimal invasive hemorrhage clearing is better than group of internal medical treatment. But, there is no statistical difference in complications rate. Conclusion: (1) Minimally invasive hematoma removed surgery was effective methods on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. (2) Minimal invasive hemorrhage clearing was effective methods on bleeding volume between 30ml-80ml. (3) The best opportunity is the time 6-12 hours after intracerebral hemorrhage.
