| Purpose : In this study,the efficacy and safety profile of the combination of docetaxel and epirubicin or neoplatin as chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer were evaluated. Methods: Docetaxel (75mg/ m2,on day 1) and Epirubicin (80mg/ m2,in first 2 days) or neoplatin (80mg/ m2,in first 3 days ) were given once every 3 weeks for 20 patients, at least for two cycles. Results: The overall clinical response was 55.0% ( complete and parial response were 15.0% , and 40.0% , respectively ) .Conclusions : The combination of docetaxel and epirubicin or neoplatin or as one of chemotherapy treatment for advanced breast cancer was highly active . |
