The variation of FAK expression was detected through versetranscription-polymerase chain(RT-PCR) and immuocytochemistry staining. Theeffects of the ribozyme on the growth of K562 cells and apoptosis were studied byusing MTT assays and in situ cell apotosis detection(TUNEL).Results: The changes of SGC-7901 cells transfected with pLRZXSN arefollowing:â‘ The expression of FAKmRNA and the FAK protein was decreasedsharply in SGC-7901 cells, respectively.â‘¡we detected that SGC-7901 cells'proliferation was inhabited By MTT and apoptosion with 17.5 % positive rate by TUNEL.Conclusion: The ribozyme was capable of inhibiting the proliferation of K562cells and inducing the cell apoptosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Focal adhesion kinase, ribozyme, experimental, gene transfer, apoptosis, gastric cancer cell | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
