Objective: To research the clinical curative effect and explore the mechanism of penetrating of scalp-point on acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods: 66 patients who were suffered from this disease were randomly divided into two groups: one is the penetrating of scalp-point therapeutic group, the other is the western medicine group namely control group. The two groups were all treated by dehydration, controlling blood pressure etc. In addition, there are 20 normal people to be set as the healthy group. To analysis the correlation among the patients' nervous functional deficiency mark, Serum IGF-1, S-100B protein before treatment, To Select the nervous functional deficiency mark, activity of daily living (ADL) form, the amount of Serum IGF-1, S-100B protein as indexes and analysis the results of three groups before and after treatment. Results: the recordings indicate the patients' Serum IGF-1 and S-100B protein are both related with nervous functional deficiency mark. After 28 days, the recovery of patients' nervous function of scalp acupuncture group was obviously superior to that of control group (P<0.05), especially the improvement of nervous functional deficiency level and ability of ADL. With improvement of clinical symptoms, The two groups show obviously difference about The adjustment of Serum IGF-1, S-100B protein as well (P<0. 05).Conclusions: The above results suggest that the patients' Serum IGF-1 and S-100B protein both have positive correlation with nervous functional deficiency mark. And the effect of penetrating of scalp-point can improve the absorb of hematoma effectively, adjust the lack of blood, oxygen in brain and the...
