Liver carcinoma is one of the most common malignanttumor in China,and Its death rate is in the second of allmalignant tumors.It has such characteristics as not easy to findout and diagnose in early period,difficult to prevent and cureand low survival rate etc,. Liver carcinoma has become one ofthe most hotspots in the field of molecular biology.The essential of the development of malignant entity tumoris to lose control of cell growth,the basic reason about it is theabnormity of genes related cancer and special genes,whichmake the structure and function of these gene changed andmetabolizition changed.For the ocurrence and developmentof liver cancer has its particular reason and rule ,only theresearch on molecule level can resovle the problem of its earlydiagnose ,which will benefit to clinic for more time and spaceand higher liver rate.This paper rose a new theory on AFP content detection .Thistheory hope to explore the molecular mechanism of livermalignant cancer and give more supportion on clinic diagnose. This paper propose bioluminescence immunoassaytechnology(BLIAT) to test AFP in the serum as a proverbialmarked substance for early diagnose of liver carcinoma.Abiological luminous system consisted of the bacterialluciferase distilled with oceanic photobacterium.Phosphorem502,AFP antibody marked by G6PDH and its anti-body isfixed in a solid state through Sepharose-4B,which willimprove the catalytic activity of bacterial luciferase andimmunoreaction activity of antigen and antibody.The contentration of AFP in serum of liver carcinoma is positiveexamination rate is over 90% ,which shows that BLIAT hasgood sensitivity to test AFP .BLIAT has such characteristics assafe ,easy,minim and quick ect.,It is the only technology withgood quality compared favourble with the irradiationimmunity method,which has irradiation pollution.It isespecially suitable for carcinoma patient with AFP keepingincreasing in low concentration and early diagnose for small...
