It is a hotspot on nutriology about how to effectively regulate the blood lipids on hyperlipidemia. Objective: To study the effect of oral lipid emulsion on blood lipids and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats, to supply evidence for appliance of oral lipid emulsion. Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into one normal group (fed with normal diet) and experimental groups (fed with high-Iipid-diet) for 5 weeks, and they were given oral lipid emulsion for 2 weeks, the fasting blood samples were collected and analyzed, including TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, SOD, GSH-PX, LPL, HL, MDA, TP, A, G, ALT, AST, and TNF- α. Results: Oral lipid emulsion might decrease the blood total cholesterol levels and increase the antioxidant ability in hyperlipidemia rats.
