Objective: To discuss whether epilepsy could make the disorder of T cellsubgroups in convulsion rats firstly; secondly whether immunoglobuIin(IVIG) have the effect to adjust the disorder of T cell subgroups, so that we could use it in clinic. Methods: To establish the control group of epilepsy rats by being injectedintraperitoneally (ip) pentetrazol (PTZ), then used ELISA method to measure the concentration of 1L-10 and INF-y in the supernatant of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells culture. Results: l.The concentration of IL-10 and INF-y in the control group werehigher than which in the normal group(P < 0.001), and the relation of IL-10 and INF-y in the control group was positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was 0.536, P=0.015, at the same time, the ratio of IL-10/INF-γ in the control group was lower than which in the normal group (P < 0.001). 2. In the control group, the concentration of IL-10 in the culture solution with IVIG was higher than which in the culture solution without IVIG (P < 0.001), and the concentration of INF-y in the culture solution with IVIG was lower than which in the culture solution without IVIG (P < 0.001).Conclusion: 1) epilepsy could make the disorder of T cell subgroups inconvulsion rats.2) IVIG could adjust the disorder of T cell subgroups in convulsion rats, it maybe the one of mechanism to protect the nerve cell and treat epilepsy. |
