Object: To investigate the therapeutic effects of capsule Ruxiao on Estrogen Level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression Of Mammary Hyperplasia Disease in rats and its mechanisms.Methods:We divided 32 SD female health no-pregnant mice into 4 groups randomly.They were normal control group, model control group, treating comparative group, treating group. Except normal control group, all groups were injected into the muscle to make models. After that, capsule Ruxiao were infused to the treating group. The treating comparative group were infused the Rukang. The normal control group and model control group were infused the brine. After 30 days, we measured the Estrogen Level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression of all groups and compared their effect and Correlation.Results: ①Serum estrogen level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression in model control group were higher than that in normal control group significantly(respectively p<0.01). ②Serum estrogen level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression in Ruxiao group were lower than that in model control group significantly(respectively p<0.01)and lower than that in Rukang group significantly(respectively p<0.05); no significantly change was found comparing with normal control group.③Compared serum estrogen level in Rukang group with that in model contral group, no significantly change was found,But the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression was lower that in model control group significantly(respectively p<0.01);Comparing with normal contral group,no remarkable change of estradiol was found, the estrogen receptor mRNA(ERmRNA) expression increased significantly(respectively p<0.01).④The mammilla height: model control group heightened significantly comparingwith normal group (p<0.01).Capsule Ruxiao group lowered significantly comparing with model group (p<0.01),no change was found by comparing with normal group. No difference was found by comparing Rukang group with model group. Rukang group was higher than that in normal group significantly (p<0.01).⑤Weight: model control group lowered significantly comparing with normal group (p<0.01); no difference was found by comparing Ruxiao group with normal group;Rukang group lowered significantly comparing with normal group (p<0.05); no difference was found by comparing Ruxiao group and Rukang group with model group.Conclusions:①To model mice of Mammary Hyperplasia Disease,not only Serum estrogen level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression were abnormal,but also the whole conditions include growth and mood were be affected. The treatment of capsule Ruxiao could reduce Serum estrogen level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression significantly and improved them remarkably.②Capsule Ruxiao could reduce serum estrogen level and the Estrogen Receptor Gene Expression of model mice remarkably, the effect is better than Rukang remarkably.③Capsule Ruxiao through rducing serum estrogen level or the expression of Estrogen Receptor Gene,then get effect by deducing sensitive respond of hyperplastic galactophore to serum estrogen.
