| Objective:To provide complete anatomical date for axillary lymph node dissection during breast cancer through systemic anatomical research of axilla, and explore the valid ways for preserving important blood vessels and nerves and reduce postoperation complications.Methods:1. The thoracic wall and axilla of 18 adult female cadavers were dissectied after perfused with red latex through artery, 3 of them are fresh specimen. Observ courses erving the morphological structure, position, distribution, adjacent structure of each group axillary lymph node; Observing the origin, courses, branch and distribution of long thoracic nerve, dorsal thoracic nerve, intercostobrachial nerve, medial pectoral nerve and lateral pectoral nerve; Analysis position, courses of axillary vein, lateral thoracic blood vessels, thoracoacromial blood vessels and subscapular blood vessels.2. Modeling clinical operation procedure of ALND these specimens were micradissected under operation microscope. Labelling and shooting ALN related important blood vessels and nerves. Results:ALN are divided into three levels by pectoralis minor muscle, the total number of ALN is about 16.99 + 5.89, level I is the most with percent 50.1 of total number and leveIII is the lest with percent 19.3. ALND close related nerves mainly are long thoracic nerve, dorsal thoracic nerve, intercostobrachial nerve, medial pectoral nerve, lateral pectoral nerve and medial brachial cutaneous nerve. ALND related blood vessel mainly... |
