| Objective:The thesis aim to observe if Aucklandia and Coptis Pill have the effect of anti-ulcer and explore relationship of herbal combination based on clinical research, combination research and pharmacological research concerned.Methods and Conclusion:Duplicate rat peptic ulcer model by means of pyloric ligature, acetic acid daub and irritable methods. The conclusion demonstrate that Aucklandia and Coptis Pill have obvious therapy and prevention effect with regard to diverse peptic ulcer model. Through taking apart formulas research, it is proven that single-item Coptis and Aucklandia have inhibition to varying degrees for all three basic types of peptic ulcer model. Different models have different potency therefore Aucklandia and shows more effective performance in pyloric ligature and irritable ulcer models, while Coptis contrarily behaves better than Aucklandia in acetic acid dub model. The total result manifest that the anti-ulcer effect of Aucklandia and Coptis Pill is a combined action result of two drugs instead of single-item drug contribution. |
