Experiment Research Of Fanction Mechanism On Yiweixiaozeng Capsule In Treating Rats Model Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

The chronic atrophic gastritis are the common and frequently-occurring disease of digestive system ? Research shows ,CAG and stomach cancer (especially the intestines type stomach cancer) have a relation notably.World Health Organization has already classified it as the earlier stage of the stomach cancer state.So,it has already caused the extensive concern of the domestic and international medical circle in recent years,And caused them carrying research on the diagnosis and treatment of this disease from many aspects.YlWeiXiaoZeng capsule is the effective square medicine to treat CAG, studied out through the clinical practice for many years by Professor Gong ZhanYue. In order to study the function mechanism of the capsule further, we have carried on animal's experiment research.We divided 100 male big Wister rats into seven groups at random: normal control group,model group , naurral recovery group, WeiMeiSu control group,SanJiuWeiTai control group,low-dose YWX group and high-dose YWX group .Exceprt normal control group, other groups was established membrane method synthetically.when the model was established successfully,all rats were treated with different Method a month.Then,all the rats were sacrificed,their blood and stomaches were collect to detect the Gelevel of MTL and PGE₂ and observe the histologic mucosa changes by microscopy.The result shows : The capsule can raise the level of PGE₂ , and can reduce the unusual rising serum level of MTL.Thus It can strengthen the mechanism of protecting the stomach mucous membrane and regulate the secretion of the hormone of the intestines...
