For ginseng, taking it from its two sides of being cool and warm, we think it can improve people's weakness ,and be used in many weak or solid diseases when it is being matched in different ways. For antlers, now we think it , in a modern medicine eye, can resist both weariness and oldness. Also ,it can help people keep calm. For hoantchy root, it can strength the heart ,expand the veins and low down the blood platelet's adhesiveness, so that it can reduce blood into thrombus. At the same time it can resist virus , anoxic and radiation, and improve people's immunity. While for turtlebacks, as a kind of normal medicine, which can improve yin , it often be used for nourishing yin while checking exuberance of yang, tonifying the kidney, also ,nourishing the blood and strengthing the heart in the clinic. According to procedures and methods for toxicological assesment on food safety , We have done a series of toxicological experiments to research it, including acute toxicity test, Salmenella typhimurium /mammals microsomal enzyme test, mouse marrow cell micronucleus test, sperm shape abnormality test in mice, and thirty days feeding tests, the main results of toxicological safety evaluation are the following : 1.Acute toxicity test:The median lethal dose(LD50)of the oral liquid in mice is larger than 21.50g/kg.bw, which belongs to the innocuity level according to acute toxicity classification.
