Study On Chemical Composition Of Irpex Lacteus Fr.glycoprotein

Irpex Lacteus Fr. is a kind of medical plant. According to the documents, it is mainly used on little urine,edema,lumbago,high blood pressure induced by nephritis, can eliminate or reduce chronic patients'uric protein,red blood cell. But little research on chemical structure about Irpex Lacteus Fr. was reported up to now inside and abroad. The leavening of Irpex Lacteus Fr. was extracted with 80℃distilled water. Then the supernatant was concentrated and precipitated with ethanol, obteined precipitate(I) and supernatant (II) . Then I was dialysed against distilled water, get inner liquid I₁ and outer liquid I₂. Total carbohydrate, protein and uronic acid of I₁ were assayed by the phenol-sulfuric acid, Lowry and m-hydroxylbiphenyl methods, respectively, and the results showed that I₁ mainly contained carbohydrates and protein. CH3Cl:n-C4H9=1:5, saturated (NH)2SO4,pepsin was used to get rid of dissociative protein of I₁, amino acids of I₁ were analyzed , there was no distinct change about content of protein,showed that protein of I₁ were mainly linked on the chain. I₁ was a kind of glycoprotein. I₁ was applied to DEAE-Sephadex A-50(HCO3-) column, and was fractionated into four portions I₁-1,I₁-2,I₁-3,I₁-4.
