Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treating oviduct blocking with acupuncture and moxibustion and drinking "Tongguantang ",and explore the possible mechanism associated with the effect. Methods: Sixty patients of oviduct blocking were randomly divided into two groups ,30cases in the tested group and 30 cases in the controlled group. Observe the amelioration of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment and changes in the bloodstream of a.ovarica with transvaginal color Doppler(TVCD) ultrasonic examination and amelioration of blood viscosity, then explore its effective mechanism . Results: 1.The symptoms and signs of the tested group han been significantly improved after treatment ,there was remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.01)2.The total efficacy of tested group was significantly higher than the controlled group (P<0.01)3 .A.ovarica bloodstream had been greatly improved ,artery blood flow parameters(PI RI) in the test group had significant difference from the controlled group (P<0.05).4.The blood viscosity of tested group had a remarkable amelioration than the controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusion :Acupuncture and moxibustion has preferable efficacy on oviduct blocking ,the effective mechanism may be due to the improvement of a.ovarica bloodstream and blood viscosity .
