| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the drug Xiaozhengwan on hyperplasia of mammary gland and discuss its therapeutic mechanisms.Methods:68 cases were divided into Xiaozhengwan group (36 cases)and Rujiekangwan group (32 cases)randomly. The changes of primary clinical symptoms and signs in all cases were observed and given evaluation after two periods of treatment.ResuIts: The gross curative effect in two groups were correspond after treatment.The improvement of primary clinical symptoms,the changes of blood rheology of Xiaozhengwan group were obviously better than that of Rujiekangwan group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiaozhengwan is a effective drug to cure HMG.lt can significantly improve primary clinical symptoms and blood rheology condition. |
