Objective: The three-dimensional reconstructing and the rapid prototyping techniques are used to obtain the reconstructed three-dimensional mould of the successional defect of mandible; The individual bioceramic prosthetic replacements are to be gained by bioceramics replacing the mould. By making the controlled experiments with the individual bioceramic prosthetic replacements, titanium nets, bioceramic granules and autoallergic cancellous bony, the bioceramic prosthetic replacements are tested whether to be utilized in clinic. Methods: 1: Three-dimensional reconstructing techniques are applied to obtain the reconstructed three-dimensional data picture of the successional defect of mandible. 2: Basing on the reconstructed three-dimensional data picture of the successional defect of mandible, the three-dimensional reconstructed mould is achieved by the rapid prototyping techniques. 3: The bioceramic prosthetic replacements are gained by bioceramics replacing the reconstructed three-dimensional mould. 4: Having implanted apart the individual bioceramic prosthetic replacements, titanium nets, bioceramic granules and autoallergic cancellous bony in the mandible of experimental animals, the operative procedures, soft tissue cicatrisation and the osteogenesis are to be observed. Results: With the three-dimensional reconstructing techniques and the rapid prototyping techniques, we finally gained the reconstructed three-dimensional mould matching the successional defect of...
