Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter species and primary liver carcinoma (PLC) with electro - microscope and the technique of molecular biology, culture of Helicobacter pylori. Methods 1. Electron microscope for H.pylori was performed. 2.The liver samples resected during operation from 28 patients with PLC diagnosed by histopathology for lab group , 22 patients with other liver diseases , 25 patients with gastric cancer, 15 patients with intestinal cancer and myoma of uterus as controls were studied. Helicobacter species in liver specimens from the studied subjects were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with Helicobacter specific 16SrRNA primers. The amplified products were identified by Southern hybridization and nucleic acid hybridization in situ and sequencing. The specimens were made slices to undergo in situ hybridization of cDNA-mRNA of Helicobacter.Qualitative and quantitative studies were usded to measure the correlation of liver tissue helicobacter infection with PLC.3 , Placed the tissues of flesh PLC , gastric cancer and other liver diseases in Colombia substrate before microaerobic culture. Results 1 , Helicobacter was observed in outer hepatic cell by scanningelectron microscope. There are more globular shapes bacteria than those of spiral shaped. 2 , 60.7%(17/28) samples of primary liver carcinoma...
