| Chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is common consequence induced by original glomerulus illness with resembling clinic symptoms but different kinds of pathologic cases. Up to now, medicines from chemical compounds show less effective for CGN than Chinese preparations.Tongmai preparation is proved to be a remedy for CGN, which has been applied in clinic for a long time. Pharmacological studies have shown that it possesses actions of improving hypostasis patients' blood condition; improving microcycle not only by accelerating blooding, but also reducing the penetration of capillary vessel, having some effect for all kinds of inflammation, having modulation function for body immunity, improving blood circulation of kidney, rehabilitating pathology damage of kidney, but also improving absorption of fibrin.In order to develop new Tongmai preparations, several studies have been conducted. The results showed as the follows:·Processing research on Tongmai PreparationOrthogonal experiment was applied to optimize factors effecting extraction efficiency. The best extraction condition is as the follows: 70%(alcohol concentration), 10times(the solid-to-liquid ratio), 3 times (the times of extraction), 1.5hr per time (the extraction time).The refination technology was optimized within over speed centrifugal, alcohol sedimentation, clarifier absorption, which was evaluated by numbers, abundant of characteristic peaks and abundant of three standard substances of saponins. The over speed centrifugal is the best technology.The process for the spray drying of extraction solution of Tongmai preparation was studied by the orthogonal design (the density of the extractive solution, entrance temperature and the air press as 3 factors, 3 levels per factor), which was assessed by moisture content of the powder. The result of the analysis of variance showed that the entrance temperature and relative density were important for the spray drying technology. |
