The Conservative Treatment Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

ObjectiveTo summary the experience of conservative treatment of the severe acute pancreatitis.MethodsWe retrospectively analyze the conservative treatment of 55 patients of SAP. The treatment measures include grade I nursing, fasting, nose-gastric suction, fluid resuscitation, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, inhibition of pancreatic secretion, inhibition of protease, prophylactic antibiotics, nutritional support and so on. The clinical outcome of patients is statistic.Results26 patients (47.27%) are cured. 19 patients (34.55%) are greatly improved. 1 patient (1.82%) is improved. 2 patients (3.64%) have to be operated at the early stage. 4 (7.27%) have to be operated at the late stage. 3 patients (5.45%)are dead.ConclusionsThe conservative treatment can greatly improve the outcome of the patients of the severe acute pancreatitis, and can keep the mortality at a very low lever.
