| ObjectiveTo compare the difference and side effects on hemodynamic changes and postoperative recovery time of propofol which combined with remifentanil, fenta-nyl and ketamine respectively in the anesthesia of pedictic burn and plastic surgical patients with spontaneous ventilation, and to explore the feasibility and security of such combinations in retaining spontaneously breathing for pedictic burn and plastic operation practice.Methods51 cases with pedictic burn and plastic surgical operation, graded ASA â… - â…¡ were randomly divided into three groups equally, 17 children in each group. Group R (propofol combined with remifentany) : induction dosage, remifentanyil 0. 3 -0. 5ug/kg, propofol 1-1. 2mg/kg; maintenance dose, remifentanyil 6 - 8ug/kg/h, propofol 4 - 6mg/kg/h. Group F ( propofol combined with fentanyl) : induction dosage, fentanyl 1ug/kg, propofol 1 - 1. 2mg/ kg; maintenance dose , fentanyl 1ug/kg bolus injection intravenously, propofol 4 - 6mg/kg/h. Group K ( propofol combined with ketamine) : induction dosage, ketamine 0. 6 - 0. 8mg/kg, propofol 1 -1.2mg/kg; maintenance dose , ketamine 4 - 6mg/Kg/h, propofol 4 - 6mg/kg/h. The life signal of mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) , heart rate (HR) , respiratory rate (RR) , and pulse saturation of blood oxygen (SpO2) and pressure of end tidal carbon dioxide (PET CO2 ) were recorded at the time point of post - introduction 5min, excision of eschar , skin obtaining ,skin grafting , drugwithdrawaling 5min later and awaken-... |
