Purpose : Change of animal's microcirculation of pia materafter the high-tension electricity is burnt through studying, probeinto the impact on microcirculation of organism brain ofhigh-tension electricity, offer the experiment basis for the factthat prevent and cure brain damge of high-tension electricityMethod : Adult health New Zealand white rabbit30 ,random divide into three group , contrast group , electricityburn experiment A group (the entry is the right low limbsnormally, export for head), electricity burn experiment B group(whether entry left upper limbs, export for right low limbs), 10every groups, divide 10 minutes , at once , 30 minutes , an hour ,2 hours , 4 hours , 8 hours after the electricity is burnt before theelectricity is burnt, 6 phases, write down separately for T , T0 ,T0 , T1 , T2 , T4 , T8, duplicate the rabbit high-tensionelectricity burn models of the rabbits, uses the closed skull tomake the window law, through the microcirculation microscope ,observe the change of the state around blood capillary shape ofpia mater , blood capillary flow state and blood capillarycircumfence correlative state, observe the change of the flow ofbrain blood through LISCA. Collect the experiment datum, useSAS software to deal with statistics.Result: microcirculation of a normal pia mater Bloodcapillary shape : the normal rabbit's pia mater blood capillarymirror is high-visible under microscope, assume the form ofbranch or netted, the shape is soft naturally , the edge is smooth,there is not a form of a bag that is expanded , the little arteryseems thick , the three-dimensional effect is strong, brilliant red ;The little vein seems wizened and levels, the three-dimensionaleffect is bad , black dull. (2)Flow state of blood capillary: Thevelocity of flow of blood capillary is extremely quick , presentthe line flow , has not seen the leucocyte , little white thrombus,plasma post and red blood corpuscles gather the phenomenon invain. (3)Change around the blood capillary: Three groups ofnormal rabbits have not seen under the mirror that ooze out andbleed around the blood capillary of pia mater. Relatively there isnot a significance difference among three groups (P> 0. 05). 2.In contrast of observe every phase after electricity burn. (1 ) theblood capillary shape: Experiment A, B group's micvessel shapeare relatively fuzzy after causing injury, the edge is not smooth,the form of the bag is expanded and seen more. The micvessel isexpanded obviously to cause injury at once, the little artery ofgroup AB is expanded to T1/2 phase after-contraction , keepshrinking the looks to T8 phase; The micvenule T0 phase ofgroup A behaves and expands , there is slight diastole to T2 timephase to shrink afterwards. The micvenule of group B isexpanded to T1/2 time phase after-contraction , keeps to T2 timephase, back diastole. The capillary A group has been behavingand expanding all the time , the diastole after group B shrinkstransiently. Experiment group little artery , micvennule diameterchange and contrast group for significance difference (P <0. 01).Compare with with T have a significance difference (P<0. 01).(2)Flow state of blood capillary: Experiment A , B group causeinjury T0 from time phase to T8 time phase, little artery bloodflow speed quick, present line flow; Can see the quantity ofleucocyte and increase , enclose the wall and roll , the red cellassembles , and the little white thrombus; A group micvennulepresent line flow-grain flow-flow slowly even blanking change,little bolt embolism little vein in vain; B group little vein presentline shed-one shed-one sheds and changes slowly, have not metthe blood vessel embolism . Two groups of capillaries can seethe red cells assemble , little white thrombus and plasma postare passed in vain, the brain blood flow pours into amountpresents rising to and reducing and changing gradually .piamater micvenule between velocity of flow and perfusion valueof brain blood flow , experiment A and B groups compara withcontrast group have difference remarkable (P<0.01).Remarkable difference with one's own comparative difference(P<0.01).(3)Change around the blood capillary: Electricity burnexperiment A , B group appear blood capillary ooze out andbleed , A group effusion and bleed phase appear already in T4,and B group effusion and bleed after T4 phase. The electricityburns the experiment group of The electricity burns andcontrasts group's comparative difference remarkably (P<0. 01).
