Objective: to determine interleukin2 and interleukin6 on the patients with severe bone injury. Methods: blood samples were taken on admission within 24hours of operatione, and 3,7,15days.serum IL-2 and IL-6 were measured ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay). This group patients is pelvic fracture ,femoral fracture, tibial fracture and fibular fracture. The operation type is fracture fixation. The repeated measurement data is analysis by ANOVA.Results:the markedly depressed immune function following bone injury and operation.ConcIusions:IL-2 should be raised and IL-6should be lowered in the treatment of the operative patients with the operation of severe trauma fracture .Recently some reserchers argued that the recombinant cellula resistance factor should properly be given besides antibiotics to balance the chaotic immune response during the treatment of patients with the severe trauma fracture operation.
