Objective To comprehensively determine the risk factors of Acute Re nal Damage within Cerebral Haemorrhage patients. Method 231 cases of Cerebral Haemorrhage patients were divided into two groups:the abnormal renal function group(cases)and the normal renal function group(cases) acc ording to the blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr). The relative fa ctors including gender, age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, the volume of hemorrhage, secondary ventricle hemorrhage,Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients, systolic blood pressure, other complications, diet and prognosis and so on were recorded and analyzed. Results Individual factor analysis showed that 11 factors were related to Acute Renal Damage within Cerebral Haemorrhage patients, including gen der, age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, the volume of hemo rrhage, secondary ventricle hemorrhage,Chinese scale of clinical neurologicd eficit of stroke patients, systolic blood pressure ,other complications, diet and prognosis. Binary Logistic Regression Analysis showed that two grou ps have distinction in gender, age, history of hypertension, history of diab etes, Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients and oth er complications. OR and O R95%CI was 0.644(0.350,1.186),1.877(1.116,3.1 56)1.740(0.916,3.305),3.769(1.135,12.522),1.851(1.145,2.992),1.905(1.077,3.369) respectively. Conclusion The results indicated that the most important risk factors for Acute Renal Damage within Cerebral Haemorrhage patients we re man, advanced age, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, high sc ale of clinical neurologic deficit and more complications.
