Study Of Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Acute Myocardial Infarction And The Rule Of Determination Of Treatment

[Objectives]: A retrospective survey on the general therapeutic situation about the Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) of Coronary Heart Disease in No. 1 affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the last 3 years from 2002 to 2004. By discussing the syndrome differentiation and treatment of AMI with TCM, to offer a research way and therapeutic experience of treating AMI to our hospital in future.[Methods]: The study reviewed the history data of a total of 148 inpatients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) of Coronary Heart Disease .With the statistical analysis of the syndrome of TCM, curative effect and complicated syndrome of AMI, summed up the syndrome differentiation and the success and failure of therapy of AMI.[Results]: In the last 3 years, the incidence rates of exess syndrome such as blood stasis with qi stagnation and stagnation of phlegm amount to 83.1% among 148 cases of AMI patients , the complications such as heart failure, cardiogenic shock, arrhythmia, the incidence rates of them(respectively 27.6%, 17.9%, 15. 4%) were low, so was the mortality rate (22. 0%) .
