Experiment Of Inhibitive Affection Of Anti-oxidative Vitamin On Injured Blood Vessel By Mannitol

Hyperosmotic mannitol therapy is widely used in the clinical setting for acute and subacute reduction in brain edema, but it always cause phlebitis. As foreign reports, mannitol may induce vascular endothelial cell into apoptosis by activating inflammatory mediators and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) . In this study, we observe the vascular impair induced by mannitol before and after three protective by animal experiment .Then we test the change of apoptosis gene expression induced by mannitol before and after using protective by using Biostar H-40s as carrier in order to research the inhibitive affection of anti-oxidative vitamin on the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cell induced by mannitol .
