Investigation On Traditional Chinese Medical Model

With the background of Chinese history and culture ,this paper has researched the theories and practices in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) by the way of literature research. ,and pursues the characters .forming reasons ,developing course and research area of TCM model to offer some worthy contents for the development of TCM.The development of TCM model has gone through two phases The first phase is the bud period that means spiritualism medical model which main character was conjure medicine. The second phase is from The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic coming out to now that the main character has been Whole notion which contains nature science (seasons change , climate feature ,geography factors), and biology, psychology, society that taking human as central object. The macroscopical character of TCM model is similar to the bio-psycho-social medical model. TCM theory contains rich philosophy thoughts, so speculation is the main investigative way. And it also devotes much attention to accumulating and summarizing clinical experience. Attaching importance to medicine moral character and education has been in the whole developing process. The society conditions and government behaviors often effect the TCM development obviously, too.The TCM model would be fit for the situation of China ,so carrying out the Chinese traditional medical mode would be benefit in improving the people health level, life quality and TCM developing speed .At the same time comparability between TCM and bio-psy-social medical model would make it more possible that TCM as a kind of medicine system to go outside and serve for the world.
