Objective: To investigate a better method for treatmeant of stable Angina pectorisMethods: Sixty cases of stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 groups, the Electroacupuncture point Neiguan (EA) group. The Com posite Salviae dropping pill (CSDP) group and Combination of Electroacupuncture and Medicine (CEA) group. After treatment, all dinical data were compared among three groups.Results: Results indicated that the relieving rate of angina pectoris symptoms and the improving rate of ischemic electrocardiogram and the improving rate of Zheng hou of traditional Chinese medicine in the CEA group were significantly superior to those of the simple EA group and the simple CSDP group ( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ); and the improving and control action on ET, NO, QRS/T .HF and LF/HF levels in the group of CEA group were significantly superior to those of the other two groups (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusions : The combined treatment of combination ofeletroacupuncture and composite salviae dropping pill is a better method of stable angina pectoris.
