| Objectiverprospective and controlled trial to investigate imbalance of helper type 1 and 2 T lymphocyte cell in patients with IgA nephropathy, probe into its correlation with pathogenesis, clinic manifestation and pathological type. Meanwile, to assessvalue of serum creatinine, serum β 2-microglobulin and Cystatin Cto detect impairing of renal function in patients with IgA nephropathy and early diabetes nephropathy.Methods:20 patients with IgA nephropathy were enrolled.Peripheral blood from them and 20 normal controlls were analyzed using antibodies against CCR3+CD4+/ CCR5+CD4+ (marker of Th2/ Thl ) with flow cytometry. In addition, peripheral blood were collected frcm IgA nephropathy and 28 early diabetes nephropathy: Scr were analyzed using RXL fully automated biochemistry assay instrument, then Ccr were calculated; CysC were measured using particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay (PENIA) ; β 2-MG were measured using chemiluminescent method.Result:1 , The percentages of CCR3+CD4+ in peripheral blood from IgA nephropathy were significantly higher than controls. The percentages of CCR5+CD4+ were significantly lower than controls.Immune abnormalities were not correlatedImbalance of helper T lymphocyte subsets and renal function assesrrent in IgA nephropathy Abstractwith clinic manifestation and pathological type.2 The level of serum CysC was significantly negative correlation with Ccr,correlation coefficient was higher in IgA nephropathy group. Scr and serum 2-MG were negative correlation with Ccr, and correlation coefficients weresimilar in two groups. Conclusion:K The immune response in peripheral blood from IgA nephropathy waspolarized towards Th2.lt may play an important role in the pathogenesis ofIgA nephropathy, but was not correlated with clinic manifestation andpathological type.2 In patients with IgA nephropathy and early diabetes nephropathy serumCysC,Scr and serum 2'MOr are good markers of renal function as Ccr. Thesensitivity and correlation of serum CysC were higher than others. In patientswith IgA nephropathy they were more obvious. |
