| Objective: Ganqi depression is a common clinical disease which is the core disease in Chinese medical liver disease,and also the initial disease of disorder of functions of excretion by liver. Ganqi depression is formed when emotion suppressed,or meet sudden psycho-stimulation,or invaded by diseases resulting in that liver cannot excrete.As the development of economy,modern science has transformed its shape from biology science to bio-psycho-social medical mode.Companied with more and more intense competition,modern people have more psycho-diseases than before and the health of which are severely harmed.Spirit,mental factor and social enviroment have become important factors to lead into diseases and people begin to emphasize them.As sage of the past says, Well cure necessarily cure its heart first, and then cure its body.We not only know the theory to use curing of medicine in the clinical work,and still know the method of metal treatment.The effect of psycho-dredging treatment adding Chinese herb solving depression are sure to prevail to simple drug treatment.This topic is founded on the level of microcosmic dialectics and through a serious of basal research of Ganqi depression psychology, pathophysiology and Chinese herb clinically intervention,look for susceptible specific helpful diadynamic criteria to this disease,make it clear to pubic Ganqi depression's abnormally alteration in nerve, psychology, digest, endocrine and blood systems.Discuss the entity of Ganqi depression and make its dialectic standard more objective with rationalization in order to guide clinical diagnosis with cure.Methods:This examination lays 2 groups including Ganqi depression group and control group.All research objects in Ganqi depression group are 70 patients from Chinese medical out-patient clinic and in-patient in Dalian Central hospital from August,2002 to December,2003. Ganqi depression group adopt herb chrysanthemum treatment;people in the matched control group come from the check-up section of Central Hospital,through the physical examination, hemogram, liver function, chest X-rays, without any heart, lung, liver, kidney, nerve and endocrine organ diseases.This experiment adopts the Beck anxiety measuring scale and Beck depression measuring scale to deal with 70 Ganqi depression patients before and after treatment and control group respectively.Then evaluate the emotional state of research objects,and compare Beck anxiety and depression score of Ganqi depression patients with those of control group,make it clear the existing relation of them.Collect blood sample of objects of every group,and keep them in -20℃ cryogenic refrigerator after pretreatment.Apply radio-immunity assay to estimate plasm gastrin,thromboxane B2,6-keto-PGF1α and the ratio of thromboxane B2 and 6-keto-PGF1α,the amount of FT3,FT4,TSH.Analyse and compare the difference of control group and Ganqi depression group before and after treatment respectively and their relations.Apply chemical chromatometry to measure the amount of VMA in the urine of objects for 24 hours.Compare the changes of the value between before-treatment and control group,after-treatment and control group, before-treatment and after-treatment.Perform T-test to observe the changes by SPSS software.If P<0.05,there is a difference.Results: The amounts of gastrin in plasm of 70 objects of Ganqi depression group which have been estimated by radio-immunity show that the amount of gastrin in plasm of Ganqi depression group is much lower than that of control group and that of Ganqi depression group which has been treated. The amount of TXB2 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αin plasm in Ganqi depression group is much more than that of control group, but for 6-keto-PGF1α,things seem to be opposite. The substances mentioned all have significant difference (P<0.05).The thyro-series of 70 objects in Ganqi depression have no significant difference with control group, and inside Ganqi depression group, there is no significant difference among agitate-prone type, intermediate type, depress... |
