| Objective To study the changes of nitric oxide(NO} in the plasma and the pancreas with acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP) of rats, and Chinese traditional medicine SanQiZongDai in treatment of ANP and the influence on bacterial translocation of rats with ANP.Methods ANP model was established by retrograde bile-pancreatic duct injection of 5% sodium taurocholate in rats. All rats were randomly divided into three groups: the sham-operative group(group A, n= 60), the ANP group(group B, n=60 ),and the ANP+Chinese traditional medicine group(group C, n=60 ). The serum amylase was examined in Oh, 12h, 24h; the nitric oxide of plasma and pancrease were examined at 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 24h after operation. The one-week survival rate and pancreatic histological changes were observed in three groups, and the bacterial translocation from intestinal tract were examined.Result The rats in group A all survival at 7d after operation. Survival rate of rats in group B at Id, 3d, 7d were 50%(5/10), 20%(2/10), 0%(0/10); Survival rate of rats in group C at Id, 3d, 7d were 100%(10/10), 80%(8/10), Survival rate of rats in group C was significantly higher than that of rats ingroup B. The level of serum amylase in grour B were increasing significantly in comparison with group A, and was decreasing significantly in group C in comparison with group B. The level of nitric oxide in the plasma and the pancreas was increasing significantly in group B, and significantly decreased in group C. The rate of bacterial translocation in group C was significantly decreased. Conclusion The level of NO increases significantly in ANP rats, SanQIZongDai shows its beneficial effects in treatment of ANP and decreasing the level of nitric oxide in plasma and pancreas induced by ANP. SanQiZongDai can accelerate the motion of gastrointestine, protect the barrier of intestinal mucosa and reduce the bacteria translocation from intestinal tract. |
