The Effects Of Estrogens On NOSI Positive Nerve Fibers In The Uterine Of Ovariectomized Rats.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of estrogens on NOSI positive nerve fibers in the uterine of ovariectomized rats.METHODS AND DESIGN: Experimental animals were divided into the sham group, the ovxi group? the ovxa group,the ovx+Ei group and the ovx+E2 group.The morphology of NOSI positive nerve Fiber in the uterine was studied by the SABC immunohistochemical technique and was analyzed with ratio.RESULTS: (1) Staining and length of nerve fibers was became deeper and longer with the level of estrogens.(2) The level o f NOSI positive nerve fibers of the ovxi group, the ovx2 was lower than that of the sham group,the ovx+E] group and the ovx+Ea group.obviously The level of NOSI positive nerve fibers in uterine cervix and uterine horns of the ovxi was higher than that of the ovx2 group There were no difference between that in uterinbody of the ovx i group and the ovx2 group.(3)The level o f NOSI positive nerve fibers in every part of uterine of the ovx+Ei group was lower than that of the sham group .The level o f NOSI positive nerve fibers in uterine cervix and uterine uterinbody of the ovx2 group was higher than that of the sham group.There were no difference between that in uterm horns of the ovx+E2 group and the sham group.CONCLUSION:The level of NOSI positive nerve fibers was relative to estrogens closely The level of NOSI positive nerve fibers was rising with the development of estrogens The effect of endogenetic estrogens is faster than exogenous estrogens.on NOSI positive nerve fibers.Estrogens have different effect on different part of uterin...
