Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation With Tcm Of Vascular Parkinsonism And T Lymphocyte Immune Function

Objectives: To detect the blood content of T cell CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4+/CD8 + NK and calculate the score of functional impairment of Vascular Parkinsonism patients; so as to investigate into the relationship between syndrome differentiation with TCM and abnormity of T lymphocyte immune function ,expect to estimate state of the illness and prognosis and quest for new treatment.Materials and methods: 46 patients with Vascular Parkinsonism were collected and divided into three groups:producing wind group,Qi and blood asthenia group and asthenia of liver and kidney Yin group. All were accord with the diagnosing point of Vascular Parkinsonism and must be able to be diagnosed as one of the syndromes based on the differentiation standards of TCM, among which 28 were male and 18 were female. The average age was 73.41+6.08years(aged 62-89 years). To calculate the score of functional impairment of patients with Vascular Parkinsonism. 20 healthy people were taken as normal control group ,among which 13 were male and 7 were female,The average age was 70.35+5.35years(aged 62-81 years). Vein blood samples were collected in the morning with limosis.To detect the blood content of T cel lCD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4+/CD8+, NK.Results: 1. The levels of blood content of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4+/CD8+ NK with Vascular Parkinsonism were obviously lower then those in normal control group (P<0.01,P<0.05) .2. There was negative correlation between blood content of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4+ /CD8+ NK and the score of functional impairment (P<0.01) .CD3+ had most significant correlation with the score.3. There was negative correlation between blood content of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4 +/CD8+ NK and the course of diseases (P<0.01,P<0.05) .CD3+ and NK had remarkable correlation with the course of diseases.4. The course of diseases with asthenia of liver and kidney Yin group was obviously longer then other groups (P<0.01,P<0.05) . There was no significant difference between producing wind group and normal control group (P>0.05).5. The score of functional impairment of asthenia of liver and kidney Yin group was higher than other groups (P<0.01,P<0.05) .There was no significant difference between producing wind group and normal control group (P>0.05).6. The levels of blood content of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ CD4+/CD8+ NK with asthenia of liver and kidney Yin of Vascular Parkinsonism were significantly lower than those in normal control group , producing wind group and Qi and blood asthenia group(P<0.01,P<0.05) .There was no significant difference between producing wind group and Qi and blood asthenia group (P>0.05).There was no significant difference between producing wind group and normal control group as well as Qi and blood asthenia group and normal control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: 1. There was serious abnormity of T lymphocyte immune function in Vascular Parkinsonism.2. There was negative correlation between T lymphocyte immune function and the score of functional impairment, the course of diseases. The change of T lymphocyte immune function can reflect the severity of the state of illness,especially CD3+. Similarly the change can reflect the length of the course of diseases, especially CD3+ NK.3. Along with the evolvement from producing wind syndrome , Qi and blood asthenia syndrome to asthenia of liver and kidney Yin syndrome, the score of functional impairment and the course of diseases changed gradually. There was serious abnormity of T lymphocyte immune function with asthenia of liver and kidney Yin syndrome.4. According to the study we can attempt to treat Vascular Parkinsonism with medication of increasing immun function .We should attach importance to invigorating liver and strengthening the kidney for patients which had serious abnormity of T lymphocyte immune function.
