The aim of the study is to search for the clinical effection and the action principle of the Shu Gan Li Dan Decoction (SGLDD) on treating acute calculosis cholecystitis . On the basis of clinical syndrom differentiation, we come to the main factor of this disease pathogeny is depression of the liver-energy and damp-heat stagenates , establish the treation of disperse and rectify the depressed liver-energy, clear away heated dampness, remove the stagnation of the gallbladder to discharge the stone , approve the effective prescription - SGLDD of treating acute calculosis cholecystitis . Clinical study : sixty cases of patients with acute calculosis cholecystitis were selected and divided randomly into SGLDD treat group (30 cases) and Xiao Yan Li Dan Pian( XYLDP) control group(30 cases) , and all were cured one course of treatment. Through the observation and the examinition the change of clinical symptom, gallbladder B somascape, white cell calculation , neutrophil leucocyte radio, total bilirubin, and etc, the results show that SGLDD treat group's rate of total effective is 86.67% , but XYLDP control group's is 46.67% , respectively , SGLDD treat group is remarkably better than that of XYLDP control group(P<0.01). Experimental study indicated that SGLDD has remarkable effects on anti-iflammatory , ease pain, antibiosis, promote gall secrete. This study verify SGLDD is a rationable prescription ,and its treating effect is ideal . SGLDD has the effect of disperse and rectify the depressed liver-energy, clear away heated dampness, remove the stagnation of the gallbladder to discharge. the stone.
