| Stroke is one of the diseases with high incidence in our society, it is the main reason for adult deformity , it strictly affect daily life quality. The treatment of acute ischemic stroke has not made good progress for many years. Based on systematically review of past dynasties and tutor's many years clinical experience, this study aimed at acute ischemic stroke , its diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms signs and illness ,and the treating group patients were given rehabilitation exercise. In clinical study, 44 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treating group(24 cases)and control group(20 cases).All the 44 cases observed were diagnosed according to the diagnostic standard, the treating group were treated with TCM synthesis rehabilitation project, the control group were treated with west medicine , after one period of treatment, we have observed the change of correlative parameter. The clinical result showed that the treating group had good effect and they all had evident effects in treating the patients' clinical symptoms and reducing the scores of NIHSS and ADL. Compared with the control group, the improvement of treated group was better, the treating group can also improve blood stream parameter etc, and it had no toxic and side efifect .It also indicated that TCM synthesis rehabilitation project was feasible and practical.The research supplied a new way of the treatment of acute stroke, it also supplied the basis of evidence-based medicine. |
